Concept : ULEAP is focussed on preparing the youth for challenges ahead while having great fun . Age Groups : 10 to 13, 14 to 16, 17 to 19, 20 to 22 years Location: At our location near Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, near Gurgaon or at the school/institution campus. Alternatively it can be conducted as part of FINS Camps. Conduct: It is advisable that this programme be conducted for a minimum duration of three days. Night stay can also be organised at our campus near Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary. Alternatively the school/institution can host the participants. Content: Based on Experiential Learning. We encourage participants to engage in Team Building, Group Activities, Group Discussions and also provide opportunity to each participant to lead a Group. We nurture Individual capacities through Psychometric Tests, Individual Briefings and Analysis. Assessment for the Group as well as Individual is also carried out. Discreetness and confidentiality is paramount and is maintained through out the sessions. |
