Concept : CORE is focussed on outbound training for the participants from the Corporate. Groups : Entry Level Employees & Mid Level Managers. Location: At our location near Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, near Gurgaon. Alternatively it can be conducted in locations of choice of the participants. Conduct: It is advisable that this programme be conducted for a minimum duration of two days. We are open to discussion to modify the content to suit the requirements of the client. Content: Based on Experiential Learning. We encourage participants to engage in Group Dynamic tasks to conduct personality assessment. Obstacle Course to inculcate Team Spirit as also boost self confidence. Discreetness and confidentiality is paramount and is maintained through out the sessions. |
